@smithbm12 @MediacomSupport They took the opportunity to shut off my service this morning for nonpayment. But I just paid last week? So I called. They insist I need to pay next month's bill that isn't even due yet, to restore service. Totally clueless company.

RIP Mediacom. Hello Mi Fiber… this is the worst couple days I’ve had since high speed was available. 1 gig service and I’m getting pixelated picture and buffering. Been 3 days. Enough is enough

@DreaMzArmyFTW @trotzs3 @CenturyLink my internet has quite literally never gone out with CL. Plus it’s legitimately 1/3 of the cost of Mediacom while being 5-6x as fast. Only drawback i’ve had is CL’s customer service is REEEEEALLY bad.

@Kilith4 @MediacomSupport Except it’s not a cut fiber line. Good try though. It’s a trash company with bad service. I have 18 different service calls in two years and new lines in and out of my house. Oh yea, and they have said the issue is in their end already. Good try though

@DMRegister Ditto. When we lose internet, we lose phone svc!!. Tried to call Mediacom on my cell & the number was either busy or an automated system & no option for a person. The prompt says go online & talk to customer svc, but NO INTERNET! 3rd time to lose svc in Ottumwa past couple wks!!

I'm so done with #Mediacom, my internet never worked and now that I've turned in the box weeks ago and already paid, I have a bill waiting for me? My account is still active? Why can't I talk to a person? Your support online just sends me in circles.
