She was born on July 21, 1958, to Rosemary and Anthony Giamfortone. Toni spent 42 years residing in Texas City. In 2018, following her husband's retirement from Valero, they relocated to their ranch in Buffalo, Texas. Toni was admired for her kindness, impeccable style, unwavering love for her family and friends, and her radiant soul that could illuminate any room. A proud graduate of La Marque High School, Toni embarked on a distinguished career in banking, starting with Guaranty Federal Savings Bank in June of 1977.
