Summary[]
When moving to the Ebbside location, Spacefarer is approached by local resident Digger Zemin and talks about two gangs competing here: Disciples and Ebbside Strikers. The Ebbside Strikers' hideout is located inside Madame Sauvage's Place. Andrea stands not far from the bar. She can take you to the Ebbside Strikers boss, Briggs. He will invite you to join the gang, the test will be to find out where the Disciples gang got serious weapons from.

After talking with Andrea, she opens the door to the gang's hideout at the top of the bar. After Andrea brings you to Briggs, she stays by his side. If you leave the planet before completing the mission, after the location is updated, the door will be locked again and you can only get to the room above using the console.
