Starfield: Display Of Power Mission Walkthrough (2)

You will want to head to the Volii System and go over to Neon City. Here, follow your blue marker to go speak with Hatchet, who is located in Ebbside. More specifically, you'll want to go to the second level of Madame Sauvage's Place.

Speak With Hatchet

Starfield: Display Of Power Mission Walkthrough (3)

Hatchet should be at the desk to your right when you walk into the office area with Briggs. After her first chat with you about not being weak, and Andrea thinking Briggs was just sending you away, you can tell her that Briggs said she'd have your next task. She will tell you that they want to let the streets know that the Strikers are back. You have to put up signs to indicate the Strikers' turf.

She tells you that the hacking portion of the signs is easy, but it can be a challenge to fight any Disciples that you come across. While Briggs prefers no blood, Hatchet encourages it. She will give you three locations to hack, then tell you she can hook you up with whatever you need before sending you on your way.

Serpentis is a high-level system players can visit in Starfield, and is a great place to find ship battles or wildlife to farm for XP.

Location 1

Starfield: Display Of Power Mission Walkthrough (5)

Go back out of Madame Savage's and into the Ebbside of Neon. Straight ahead from Madame Savage's, go through the Bayu Plaza door you entered from to go back into the Neon Core. Walk straight ahead to the Ebbside door next to the Trade Authority.

Run up the stairs, down the walkway, then take a right. Turn right at the opening and get onto the elevator to head down to the Underbelly. Walk across the bridge and the first hack you'll have to do will be on your left against the large copper pipe.

Overriding the sign may cause Neon Security to stop and speak with you about vandalism. He will tell you that if you pay the fine, he will let you off with a warning. If you have the Neon Street Rat trait, then you will tell him he probably has something better to do than to shake down a crate rat.

Your other two options will be to persuade him or give him the 1500 credits. If you fail the persuasion, you can either hand over the credits or fight.

Location 2

Starfield: Display Of Power Mission Walkthrough (6)

From the first location, go back onto the elevator to reach the Upper Platform. From the elevator, turn to your left and take your first right through the Bayu Plaza door. From the door, take a right and follow the blue marker. This location will be directly across from Newill's Goods Shop down a small dim area that has some mechanical equipment. If you move quickly after hitting the button, you shouldn't get stopped this time.

Location 3

Starfield: Display Of Power Mission Walkthrough (7)

Go back through the Ebbside door next to one of the Trade Authority locations. Go straight ahead and veer to your right. Keep running straight until you come to a staircase. Once at the top of this staircase, go straight to enter another walkway with a railing. Be careful not to alert the Disciples that are right there towards the end of the walkway on your right near the last sign hack location.

If they see you, they will engage, which will go against what Briggs wanted, but sometimes you can't help it. However, you may still be able to run past them to do the sign then leave. If you can't, then take out the Disciples before hacking the sign.

Speak With Briggs

Starfield: Display Of Power Mission Walkthrough (9)

When you report back to the Strikers, speak with Briggs. He will be pleased with your work. He will tell you of his plans that he wants you and Vogal to distract the Disciples to keep them off balance.

If you tell him you'll do what you have to, he will praise your enthusiasm, but he will tell you to be careful as he doesn't want to give Neon Security a reason to go after them. He will want you to try and convince Newill's Goods to sell The Strikers new armor. After telling you that they will reimburse you with interest for the armor, your mission status will update.

Rewards

Starfield: Display Of Power Mission Walkthrough (10)

You will receive 6300 credits and 75 XP for completing this first task for Briggs.
