How to Make Chicken Alfredo Recipe

This easy chicken Alfredo recipe can be made easier with a little bit of meal prep!

How to Make Chicken Alfredo Recipe:

  1. In a large pan, add the chicken, salt, pepper, olive oil and Italian seasoning. Toss together.
  2. Heat over medium-high heat, cooking 8-10 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. Move the chicken to a plate.
  3. In the same pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes, then add in the flour. Mix together until you have a thick paste.
  4. Pour in 1/2 the milk, whisk to remove any lumps, then add in the remaining milk.
  5. Cook until the sauce begins to thicken. About 10 minutes.
  6. Add in the salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, cooked chicken and cooked pasta. Mix together so all the pasta and chicken is covered in Alfredo sauce.
  7. Top with parmesan cheese and chopped parsley, and serve.
