This is one company that I am going to have to turn over to the bankruptcy trustee courts because they are not abiding by the rules. I will be turning them over as this account is closed. I owe them nothing; it has been discharged, and I want it to show closed. Until it does, I am going to report this as a violation of the bankruptcy protection of the federal court.

Funds were promised to be in my account on Friday. The weekend is almost over, and still, there are no funds in my account as promised, not even the courtesy of a phone call. Had I known the funds were not going to be in, I would not have refinanced. I was treated unfairly, but they had no problem calling to tell me I had funds, as a way of keeping me in debt.

Covington Credit on 8381-2 Perrin Beitel Road in San Antonio is the best place for a loan. You walk in to get a loan and you leave with your approved loan, plus you make friends. Awesome customer service, Rene, Charles, and I apologize, I forgot the third young man's name. But awesome service.

Take it from me, I would stay clear of this company, I have been with them for a very long time and never ever been late and they bring a new employee in by the name of Marsha, stay clear of her!!!! I was always paying a month ahead and she is now telling me that I’m late this month (just wanting that late fee).. she tells me that I’m not a month ahead,( do not know where that month went)..she’s using those loan shark tactics I guess. I’m going to work hard and double up getting this loan paid off and I will never do or recommend Covington credit to anyone…this Marsha lady was awfully rude to me and I will NEVER EVER use them again
By the way this loan office is in Dothan Alabama, I am reporting her to the better business bureau!!!!!!

They do not stand by their word .. And if you refer someone they say they will pay you 30.00,I referred someone and they didn't pay me the 30,00 Everytime I would say something about it and I have my loan paid off now and still no 30.00..i don't need the money but when it's false advertisem*nt and they don't stand by their word, I will never trust them again.. People think twice before you borrow from this company!!!!

Very rude. Start calling day lóan is due. Very intimidating. I would definitely avoid dealing with them. They used typical lóan shark tactics. I have reported to Better Business Bureau.

Wow should have told her the same place you get yours from work and let her know just cause a person is in need of a loan dose not mean they are a nobody and plus if people didn't need to borrow where would she get her money from lol cause she wouldn't have a job she probably is working to pay her loan off that's why she is so grumpy lmao ?

They can be annoying at times by calling a week in advance about your upcoming payment and then everyday until the payment is made

ThirtyFive%....! They take advantage of the little guy with bad credit. The lower your credit score, the higher the interest rate. I would not need this loan if I had good credit. I would go to a bank. Even a credit card has lower interest!

The Covington Credit late fee is $15, but it only applies to accounts that are at least 5 days past due, according to a representative. This late fee is standard for all Covington Credit locations. So if you find yourself unable to make a payment on time, try to get the funds within 5 days to avoid the fee.

The Covington Credit grace period is 5 days. That means you have 5 days after your payment due date before Covington Credit will charge you a $10 late fee. However, it's best to always aim to pay by the due date every month. The late fee is not the only potential consequence for being late - if you're at least 30 days late, that will be reported to the credit bureaus and hurt your credit...

You need a credit score of at least 500 to get a Covington Credit personal loan. However, having a credit score of 500+ will not necessarily guarantee that you will be approved. Covington Credit will also look at things like your income, existing debts, and other factors to help them determine your creditworthiness. That said, 500 is a very low minimum credit score requirement compared to what most personal loan providers require.
